Vinariju Altos del Enebro odlikuju jedinstvena lokacija vinograda koji se nalazi blizu 1000 metara nadmorske visine i izuzetno složeno tlo, što čini ova vina jedinstvenim.
Vinogradi HIKA, u srcu doline Orija i sa pogledom na planinu Ernio, crtaju pejzaž iz snova, jedinstven u pokrajini Gipuskoa, sa autentičnom baskijskom esencijom.
Vinarija poznate vinarske porodice Ljopart, čija tradicija datira još iz 1385. godine.
Proizvodnja vina u zamku Perelada dokumentovana je još od srednjeg veka, o čemu svedoči više dokumenata i pergamenata iz tog vremena koji se čuvaju u biblioteci vinarije.
Po najstrožim pravilima standarda ISO 9001, ova vina su 2019. godine proglašena za “Vinos de Pago”, što je priznanje za dobro obavljen posao koji proizilazi iz primene najviših standarda kvaliteta za proizvodnju vina u Evropskoj uniji.
Privat cavas se pravi od grožđa gajenog po sertifikovanoj metodi organske proizvodnje: bez dodavanja herbicida ili pesticida, korišćenjem tehnika kao što su zeleni začin i organski kompost.

What started as a small family vineyard 53 years ago has turned into a 1,679 km² of various sorts of grapes and, what is now, the biggest vineyard in the country. Still family run, the vineyard is being fueled by our love towards high-quality wine and devotion to bringing it to you. Organically grown and mindfully sorted, our grapes provide a taste that has won multiple awards, both locally and internationally.
Just like our winegrowing brethren in Sicily, we haven’t had multiple centuries to study the intricacies of our terroir—the sense of place created by the interaction of soils, climate, and topography.
Since 1973, we have been determining the best way to grow incredible grapes here, and we are continually refining our vineyard as our knowledge and experience grow.
